Changelog: Unified Posts (aka Fat Posts)

Last night I deployed a huge change I’ve been working on here and there for weeks, maybe months now. I implemented fat posts. I’ve already fixed a few bugs with it and will continue to let bugs shake out, but I’m happy to have it live.
