Now that Steve’s Surprise Birthday Marathon is over, I can publish my race calendar for the year.
I plan to peak for the Big Beach Half Marathon (already done), Wingfoot Mile, and Turkey Strut.
Last night I raced the Atlanta Track Club Grand Prix 1 Mile.
I finished in 6:32, my best VDOT performance since 2023.
