In February, I moved my Bookmark/Link content to using Markdown (Commonmark) as the definitively stored content format. Today, I updated that implementation.
Monday I made the Chicken Karaage (Japanese-Style Fried Chicken with Soy, Sake, and Ginger Marinade) recipe from J. Kenji Lopez-Alt’s The Wok cookbook.
The chicken was good, like all fried chicken is good. There wasn’t anything particularly special about it. 3 stars ★★★☆☆
Saturday I raced the Atlanta Track Club Decatur DeKalb 5k in Decatur.
I hit my race strategy and ran my fastest 5k since 2022.
Tuesday I made the Chongqing-Style Dry-Fried Chicken recipe from J. Kenji Lopez-Alt’s The Wok cookbook.
I thought it was good 4 stars ★★★★☆
