Went to Da Cocinita Magic Taco for dinner. It’s a food truck in a gas station parking lot and was hopping. You order at the truck, and let them know which car is yours. They bring your order to your car once it’s ready.

I got the chicken magic tacos, and they were good. Interestingly, they griddle cheese on the outside of the tortillas. The burritos looked really good, too.

  • Spicy Korean Rice Cake Stew (Gungmul Tteokbokki) with Kimchi

Last night I made the Spicy Korean Rice Cake Stew (Gungmul Tteokbokki) with Kimchi from J. Kenji Lopez-Alt’s The Wok cookbook.

Since we think Megan doesn’t like gochujang, I brought the stew to some friends. We thought it was delicious.

    Finished “The Shobies’ Story,” again.

    I still think it’s great.
